It was incorporated as M/s Giri Finance & Trading Limited, which was later named as Beekay Niryat Limited pursuant to the Scheme of Amalgamation dated 15th January, 2001 with 9 (Nine) Companies.


Our Company is engaged in following business::-

a)         Investment in Shares of Other Companies.
b)         Trading of Jute & Jute Products.
c)         Loan Syndication.
